I grew up Catholic, but my relationship with the Lord truly began in high school after attending a Steubenville youth conference. That weekend opened my heart in a way I’d never experienced before; I encountered the beauty of the Eucharist in adoration, and everything changed. I attended the University of Delaware, and I became involved with FOCUS. Being surrounded by a community of passionate Catholics who challenged and supported me transformed me in many ways.
In high school, I was silently struggling with an eating disorder. A battle with food, body image, and control. Through healing, prayer, and surrender, I felt God calling me not only to personal freedom but to help others find the same, hence leading me to study nutrition. That calling evolved into Beloved Health Co., a Catholic business and blog I founded to support women in nurturing their physical, spiritual, and mental wellness.
My journey has been one of restoration; learning to see myself as God’s beloved daughter and encouraging others to do the same. Every step, from my struggles to my successes, has drawn me closer to Him. My heart is to remind others that healing is possible and that holiness is found not in perfection, but in total dependence on Jesus.
