Bobby Angel
I am a native Florida-Man who is both a hobbit-homebody and a lover of traveling.
A Cradle-Catholic who awoke to the beauty of Christ and the Church late in high school, my life’s been marked with that Augustinian “restless” longing for as long as I can remember.
I briefly worked as a firefighter after college and then entered the seminary to discern the priesthood. After three years of formation and feeling the pull towards the married vocation, I met the woman who’s now been my wife of almost 10 years.
We have four kids on earth and three in heaven. I worked as a teacher and campus minister at an all-boys high school for almost a decade and now am traveling and speaking full-time with Jackie, my wife.
We’ve written two books together (I’m trying to write a few more), have been blessed to be regular contributors for Ascension Presents on YouTube, and have recently started on our long-form podcast called “Conversations.”
In my (limited) free time, I love reading, surfing, and lifting heavy things (and putting them back down again).
